Process
From existing conditions to usable project data.
We combine terrestrial 3D laser scanning, LiDAR, photography and drones to capture existing conditions, then register, clean and structure the data in-house for point-cloud, CAD, Scan-to-BIM and 3D-model deliverables.

Pre-scan planning
We review drawings (if available), define scope and level of detail, and plan stations and drone flight paths.

On-site scanning
We scan interiors and exteriors with LiDAR, and supplement with high-resolution photography and aerial coverage where relevant.

Quality checks
Before leaving site, we verify coverage, fill any gaps and confirm critical areas have been captured.
Processing & delivery

Registration & cleaning
Scan data is aligned, denoised and structured in-house. We remove stray geometry and optimize files for performance.

Data formats
We can deliver point clouds (E57, RCP, LAS, etc.), meshes or models compatible with your preferred tools.

Optional modeling
Where needed, we can convert the scan into measured drawings, a clean 3D model or BIM geometry through a Scan-to-BIM workflow as a separate scope.
